Are my details protected?

Yes, at Raigan J we take your privacy seriously. We use payment Gateways eWay, PayPal and AfterPay Services and have a secure website fit with a SSL certificate using a 256 bit encryption.

What does Pre-order mean and how do I order?

A Pre-order means you are paying for and securing a bag from a shipment that is due to arrive soon.

This means that the pre-order item won’t be shipped straight away but will be sent as soon as we receive the stock, with delivery dates as delivery dates as per regular Terms and Conditions for orders.

To pre-order a bag, you follow the same steps as if you were purchasing a bag that is currently available. Information about delivery times will be available on the product pages.

Pre-ordering ensures that you have landed yourself a great Raigan J bag before they are stocked online.  You will be the first to receive your bag and you’ll also be assured you miss disappointment if the bag is sold out quickly.

What is expression of interest?

An expression of interest means that you are interested in the product and want to know as soon as the stock has arrived.

To receive information on a new product, enter your information on the pre-order form.  Raigan J will be contact you via email once the stock has arrived and you can purchase the product online.  Delivery is as per our Terms and Conditions.

Can I return or exchange items I purchased?

Yes, if you have received your items and feel that the product doesn’t suit you we are happy to offer you an exchange, credit voucher or full money back on all full priced items. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your items being received on the conditions that they are to be returned in original, unused condition with tags and labels still attached.

Please fill out our returns form Help Me. Information regarding the return of your purchase can be found on the form.   If you require additional assistance, please contact the HelpMe support desk and we will contact you in regard to your query.

There is no return or exchange on sale items unless goods are faulty.

Faulty Items

If you have received something a product which is faulty, please contact us on 1800 989 684 or email us through HelpMe

A faulty item will usually be known within the first 14 days. We will offer a refund or replacement when an item is faulty or demonstrating a major problem. Proof of purchase is required.

We will organise through our couriers to pick up the faulty items at a cost to Raigan J. Please do not send your item back until contacted by one of Raigan J staff members. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of Raigan J.

We assess the goods once we receive them. If goods are deemed faulty, we will send you a replacement in the same colour and size. If the item has sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered on the original purchase price. Alternatively, we will offer the opportunity to exchange the sold out item for another product – any difference in price to either be credited or charged accordingly.

We will not cover shipping costs for items damaged due to mistreatment or harsh wear.

What payment methods can I use

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex through E-way, Paypal and also offer AfterPay.

What if a bag is sold out and I want one?

There will be times at Raigan J where we will have limited edition bags.  The quantities will be limited and once sold, they will not be available.

Raigan J will inform you of any bags that are sold out via our product page.  We will inform you if the bags are sold out but will be back in stock.  Any limited editions will be sold out and will not be reproduced.
