Shipping & Order Tracking

Raigan J will deliver to most Australian addresses and to most international addresses using a contracted courier service. Australia Post requires the delivery to be signed for by the Purchaser. Any risk will pass to the Purchaser and or any other person who signs for the receipt of the delivery. Raigan J cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike or transport complications.

The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address details in writing. If the nominated courier is unable to deliver the Purchaser’s order due to either incorrect information provided by the Purchaser or if there is no one to sign for and physically receive the parcel, a re-delivery fee may apply. This fee will be charged to the Purchaser’s credit card.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed.
  • Please allow between 2 – 7 business days for delivery from date of dispatch.
  • Your order will be delivered by the most appropriate service as nominated by Raigan J during the business week.
  • A tracking number will be issued via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel once it is booked.
  • To ensure speedy delivery, we recommend providing a business address where possible or providing clear delivery instructions in the ‘comments’ section of the checkout when ordering.
  • All orders will be sent via standard shipping. If you require express shipping, select this at the checkout and allow 1 – 3 business days for delivery.
  • Raigan J offers $10 flat rate shippings on all deliveries within Australia.
  • Any orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping.

International Shipping

  • The Shipping rate will be calculated via the Australia Post online calculator.
  • Please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery from date of dispatch.
  • International orders will be delivered by Australia Post International during the business week.
  • PO Boxes are not accepted. Should you not be present to receive the shipment, a re-delivery fee will apply.
  • A tracking number will be issued via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel once it is booked.

Duties and Taxes on International Orders

All prices at www.raiganj.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Orders being sent overseas are exempt from Australian taxes (GST). The prices listed on the website include GST but do not include any other overseas duties or customs charges which may apply (country specific). Any additional charges applicable in the destination country will be charged to the recipient.

Raigan J reserves the right to charge any duties not paid to the original purchaser up to 24 months following delivery or attempted delivery.

Order Tracking

Raigan J will ship to any Australian address with the most appropriate delivery method and to most international addresses using Australia Post International. You will receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order. This e-mail will provide a tracking number which can be used to track the progress of your parcel.

Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. A current contact number, as well as any additional information e.g. ideal delivery times or safe leaving locations should be provided in order to avoid multiple delivery attempts. Multiple delivery attempts or parcel redirection will incur an additional fee which will be billed to you, the purchaser.

Product Returns And Exchanges

Proof of purchase must be supplied for all returns/exchanges/repairs and faults.

Any item purchased online cannot be returned to one of Raigan J’s independent stockists.

Returns

If you have received your items and feel that the product doesn’t suit you we are happy to offer you an exchange, a credit voucher or full exchange on all full priced items. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your items being received on the conditions that they are to be returned in original, unused condition with tags and labels still attached.

Sale Items

No refund or exchange on sale items will be offered. Faulty items will be accepted in accordance with the ACCC guidelines.

Change Of Mind

For full priced items, Raigan J is happy to provide you with an exchange, refund or credit voucher should you have a change of mind within 30 days of the original purchase. Any postage costs sustained or associated with the order and return of the stocks, cannot be refunded.

Returning Goods

The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Raigan J. Raigan J cannot be responsible for goods damaged in return transit. Raigan J recommends using a postage method which insures items in transit.

Faulty Items

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law we will offer a refund or replacement when an item is faulty or demonstrating a major problem and is unable to be repaired. Raigan J reserves the right to offer to repair an item wherever possible before a refund or replacement is put forward.

A faulty item will usually be known within the first 14 days. We will offer a refund or replacement when an item is faulty or demonstrating a major problem. Proof of purchase is required.

We will organise through our couriers to pick up the faulty items at a cost to Raigan J. Please do not send your item back until arrangements have been made by one of Raigan J staff members. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of Raigan J, however if arrangements have been made prior to Raigan J consent and acknowledgement, the Purchaser may be liable for the costs.

We will assess the goods once we receive them. If goods are deemed faulty, we will send you a replacement in the same colour and size. If the item has sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered on the original purchase price. Alternatively, we will offer the opportunity to exchange the sold out item for another product – any difference in price to either be credited or charged accordingly.

Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser using the card that was used for the original purchase.

We will not cover shipping costs for items damaged due to mistreatment or harsh wear.
